By accessing innova-ai.com or engaging Innova AI (“Innova”) for services, you accept these terms. Engagements are also governed by the executed service-and-data-processing agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

Site content is for informational purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the site or its content without prior written consent.

All voice AI deployments operate under a written agreement specifying scope, timelines, fees, integration commitments, compliance posture, and data ownership. Pilots and proofs-of-concept are governed by separate pilot agreements.

Client data remains the client's. Innova processes it strictly within the scope of the engagement and only for the contracted purposes.

Site information is provided as-is without warranty. Service-engagement liability is capped per the executed master services agreement.
