The Solution
Innova deployed a voice AI safety check-in agent integrated with the company's existing Dialpad IVR and Salesforce records. Field operators call a dedicated line at the start and end of every shift. The AI agent confirms identity, site, and safety status — and writes the result directly into Salesforce against the operator's record.
Exceptions — missed check-ins, escalation triggers, or operator-reported incidents — route automatically to the right supervisor on-call.
The Results
Field workforce safety compliance now runs at scale without burning back-office time. Every check-in is timestamped, transcribed, and audit-ready. Supervisors get exception alerts instead of having to chase routine confirmations.
